A report published on Malaya Business Insight on February 4, 2019 cited Pronove Tai International Property Consultants'2019 Metro Manila Office Market Overview.

The company is set to open its largest office building in the Mall of Asia complex offering a gross floor area of 122,997 square meters (sq.m.) of office space for lease, by the first quarter of this year.

“Similar to its predecessors, it will primarily cater to businesses seeking to take advantage of the benefits granted to eligible companies who locate in PEZA-accredited buildings,” the company said. The first tower is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter this year.

Property consultant Pronove Tai International Property Consultants said the Bay area where the MOA complex is located contributes one of the biggest supply of office space in Metro Manila.

Pronove Tai said of the incoming office supply in Metro Manila, about 264,000 sq.m., are already pre-leased.

Offshore gaming firms cornered the highest chunk of the pre-leasing transactions at 45 percent, covering areas in the Bay area and Makati City. Information technology  and business process management firms meanwhile cornered 36 percent of the pre-leased spaces.
